The Christmas Carol Tea Set is a four-tea loose-leaf gift box built around Dickens' story — each tea marks a stage in Scrooge's night, from the ghost of the past to the morning he wakes up changed.

What's in the box

  • Past Reflections — Earl Grey. Sri Lankan black tea with rose petals; the classic, familiar cup. Roughly 50–70 mg caffeine.
  • Present Joy — Hawthorn Whisper. Ripe pu-erh with hawthorn berry; earthy and tart, roughly 15–25 mg caffeine.
  • Future Hopes — Breeze-Kissed Green. Green tea with peppermint, lemon and apple; cool and clean, roughly 25–45 mg caffeine.
  • Spirit's Comfort — Yashi Aroma. Phoenix (Dan Cong) oolong; naturally aromatic with nothing added, roughly 30–50 mg caffeine.

Why these four

They move the way the story does — a familiar Earl Grey to open, a darker, earthier pu-erh in the middle, something bright and green for what comes next, and a straight unflavoured oolong to finish, for when you want to taste the leaf itself.

How to brew

As a rule: black tea 95–100°C, 3–4 min; oolong 90–95°C, 2–3 min; green tea 75–80°C, 2 min; ripe pu-erh 100°C, a 10-second rinse then 20–30 second steeps; rooibos 100°C, 5 min. Use about a teaspoon (2–3 g) per cup.

Brewing Guide

Use a teaspoon (around 3 grams) of O2H TEA for each 250ml cup. Put the tea into a teapot or infuser. Pour in filtered water heated to 85°C–90°C, and let it steep for about 3–4 minutes. Strain the tea and it's ready to be served.
