O2H TEA
Blossom Brew Varietea Discovery Set
The Blossom Brew Varietea Discovery Set is a four-tea loose-leaf box — 30 g each of four blends chosen to span the whole day, from a breakfast black tea to a caffeine-free evening cup.
What's in the box
- O2H Breakfast — 30 g. Guizhou black tea scented with osmanthus; apricot-honey aroma, roughly 50–70 mg caffeine. The morning cup.
- Pu'erh Grey — 30 g. Ripe Yunnan pu-erh with rose petals; an Earl Grey idea on a dark tea base, roughly 15–25 mg caffeine.
- Cederberg Sunrise — 30 g. South African rooibos with grapefruit and lemongrass; completely caffeine-free. The evening cup.
- Sakura Blossom — 30 g. Black tea with rose petals; soft, floral and cherry-blossom sweet.
Why these four
It is a full day in one box, and it deliberately spans the caffeine range — from a proper 50–70 mg breakfast black tea down to a rooibos with none at all. For someone new to loose leaf, that is the fastest way to work out what they actually reach for and when.
How to brew
As a rule: black tea 95–100°C, 3–4 min; oolong 90–95°C, 2–3 min; green tea 75–80°C, 2 min; ripe pu-erh 100°C, a 10-second rinse then 20–30 second steeps; rooibos 100°C, 5 min. Use about a teaspoon (2–3 g) per cup.
Who it suits
A gift for someone starting out with loose-leaf tea, or anyone who wants variety rather than 100 g of one thing. The outer box is designed to be given as-is. Packed in Melbourne in biodegradable packaging.
Part of the O2H gifts collection — designed in Melbourne and packed in Australia. Read more in our loose leaf tea guide.
Frequently asked questions
What teas are in the Blossom Brew Discovery Set?
Four loose-leaf teas at 30 g each: O2H Breakfast (osmanthus black tea), Pu'erh Grey (ripe pu-erh with rose), Cederberg Sunrise (caffeine-free rooibos) and Sakura Blossom (black tea with rose petals).
Is there a caffeine-free option in the set?
Yes — Cederberg Sunrise is rooibos, which is not made from the tea plant at all and contains zero caffeine. It is the evening tea of the four.
Is this a good set for a beginner?
Yes. The four teas cover black, pu-erh and rooibos and run the full caffeine range, so it is an efficient way to find out which style you actually like before buying a full tin.
