O2H TEA
Breeze-Kissed Green (Peppermint Lemon Green Tea)
Breeze-Kissed Green is a peppermint and lemon green tea — Jinhua green tea leaves blended with peppermint, lemon and apple for a cup that tastes like cold water on a warm day. It is the most cooling blend in our H Collection.
Taste
Clean and grassy from the Chinese green tea base, then a wave of peppermint that reads as cool rather than sharp. Lemon brings brightness, apple rounds the edges with a soft natural sweetness. There is no bitterness if you keep the water off the boil — it finishes crisp and leaves the mouth feeling rinsed.
What's inside
- Green tea — from Jinhua, Zhejiang, a lighter Chinese green with a gentle, non-astringent character.
- Peppermint — sourced from the US, for a clean cooling note.
- Lemon and apple — for brightness and a rounded, natural sweetness.
How to brew
Use one teaspoon (about 2–3 g) per cup. Pour water at 75–80°C — not boiling, which is what turns green tea bitter — and steep for 2 minutes. Good for a second, softer steep. Excellent iced: brew double-strength, cool, then pour over ice.
When to drink it
A daytime tea. Good at your desk when you want something lighter than black tea, over ice on a hot Melbourne afternoon, or after a heavy lunch.

Frequently asked questions
Does Breeze-Kissed Green have caffeine?
Yes, but not much. Green tea typically carries about 25–45 mg of caffeine per cup — roughly half a coffee. The peppermint, lemon and apple add none.
Why does my green tea taste bitter?
Water that is too hot. Green tea should be brewed at 75–80°C, not boiling, and steeped for about 2 minutes. If you have been using boiling water straight from the kettle, let it sit for 2–3 minutes first.
Can I drink this iced?
Yes — it is one of the better blends for it. Brew at double strength, let it cool, then pour over ice. The peppermint and lemon come through even more clearly cold.
