O2H TEA
First Light In The Morning
First Light in the Morning is a four-tea gift set built for the first half of the day — the strongest, most reviving teas in the O2H range in one box.
What's in the box
- Earl Grey — Sri Lankan black tea with rose petals; a softer, more floral Earl Grey.
- Peach Mountain — oolong with peach and rose petals; sweet, aromatic, mid-morning.
- Coffee or Tea — black tea with real coffee beans and rose petals; the highest-caffeine blend we make.
- Yashi Aroma — Phoenix (Dan Cong) oolong; naturally aromatic, no added flavouring.
Why these four
It is a morning progression. Coffee or Tea is the 7 am cup for people who would otherwise reach for espresso. Earl Grey is the classic breakfast pour. Peach Mountain carries you to mid-morning. Yashi Aroma is the one you slow down with — a straight Phoenix oolong with nothing added, for when you want to taste the leaf rather than a blend.
How to brew
As a rule: black tea 95–100°C, 3–4 min; oolong 90–95°C, 2–3 min (Yashi Aroma rewards short, repeated steeps in a small pot). Use about a teaspoon (2–3 g) per cup. Both black teas take milk; the oolongs do not need it.
Who it suits
A gift for a coffee drinker who is curious about tea, or for anyone whose tea drinking happens before noon. Packed in Melbourne in biodegradable packaging.

Frequently asked questions
What teas are included in First Light in the Morning?
Four: Earl Grey (Sri Lankan black tea with rose petals), Peach Mountain (white peach oolong), Coffee or Tea (black tea blended with real coffee beans), and Yashi Aroma (Phoenix Dan Cong oolong).
Is this set good for a coffee drinker?
Yes — it was built with that in mind. Coffee or Tea blends real coffee beans into black tea and is the highest-caffeine blend we make, so it works as a direct swap for a morning espresso while the other three ease you into tea proper.
Which tea in the set has the most caffeine?
Coffee or Tea. Black tea alone typically carries about 50–70 mg per cup and the roasted coffee beans add to that. The Phoenix oolong (Yashi Aroma) is the gentlest of the four at roughly 30–50 mg.
