Design and materials
304 is the food-grade stainless steel used for good cookware: it holds heat, resists corrosion, and — unlike unglazed clay — does not absorb flavour, so the same pot handles a floral oolong and an earthy ripe pu-erh without carry-over. The heat-resistant body takes freshly boiled water straight from the kettle, and the shaped handle stays comfortable through a long pour.
What it suits
At 450 ml the pot fills both cups several times over, which makes this the set for tea with one other person — most tea, most of the time. Use about 5–6 g of leaf for a pot this size and pour short steeps rather than letting it sit.
Care
Rinse with hot water after use and dry. Tea residue does not need detergent — hot water and a soft cloth is enough.
