Carmine Sonata is a seasonal rose apple black tea from O2H TEA's H Collection, made with a decaffeinated black tea base. Dried apple pieces and rose petals bring a floral aroma and subtle fruit sweetness to the blend.

How to brew

For one 400ml serve, use 3g of loose leaf tea or one tea bag. Add water heated to 90–100°C and steep for 1–2 minutes. Remove the tea bag or strain the leaves. The same leaves or tea bag can be brewed 2–3 times.

A 60g loose leaf pack provides 20 measured 3g serves before re-brewing. The tea bag pack contains 20 bags, with one bag per serve.
