Winter Warmers
When the Melbourne cold sets in, tea earns its place. Our Winter Warmers edit gathers the teas we reach for most on grey, chilly days — robust black teas, smooth aged pu-erh and dark teas, and soft, comforting blends made for slow winter mornings and long evenings in.
- Black Tea Enchantment — a full-bodied green-tangerine black tea for crisp winter mornings.
- Earl Grey — a classic bergamot black tea, warming and familiar.
- Pu-erh Grey — a smooth, grounding dark tea, gentle enough for the evening.
- Pu-erh Delight — green-tangerine pu-erh; cosy and digestive after a heavy winter meal.
- Peach Mountain — a soft, juicy white-peach oolong for something a little sweeter.
Most are available as loose leaf or tea bags, packed in Melbourne in biodegradable packaging. Brew the black and dark teas hot — 90–100 °C for 3–4 minutes — and re-steep the pu-erh across a slow afternoon.
